Easy and simple to use and most importantly everything is clear.
I see all my tasks and events, both personal and work, all in one place. This allows me to plan my day wisely and not miss anything.
CONSOverall everything is great. I would like the color palette to become larger.

What makes Bordio effective in my car maintenance business
Our business sometimes gets complicated when there’s too many things to do at once. I find Bordio to be helpful because it allows us to sort things out with simple folders. And its mobile version is as simple as the web version, so even if my team members are out, they can still find their tasks.
PROSWe’ve tried a couple of similar softwares, but Bordio is the only one that has the most useful features. It just has the things that are important. And it is not complicated to use at all!
CONSI wish they could integrate Spotify in Bordio because I enjoy listening to music while working.
Reasons for switching to Bordio
The folder creation in Trello is more complicated than in Bordio.

My lovely small team loves Bordio!
It’s not just me, but my whole team loves Bordio. We’ve experimented with some other fancy, good-looking PM softwares, but Bordio is the perfect for us. We love how simple it is. My assistant keeps saying that’s her work becomes lighter because she can now easily set consultation schedules without her creating an email in Outlook. For me, it’s also become less stressful because my team finds it easier to do their tasks and become more efficient. I love it!
PROSMy team can do, if not all, so many things in Bordio. My assistant can efficiently schedule my consultation meetings and send invites, while my social media manager can easily plan our contents for FB and Instagram. My favorite, I can see everything in one look.
CONSIt would be fun to have emoji icons I could send to my team. We’d love sharing funny emojis!

Managing marketing team with Bordio is easy
We are super happy with Bordio. The interface is so clean and intuitive, that our team quickly adopted. We use Bordio every day for managing our tasks and moving projects forward. The platform is fast and clean.
PROSWhat I really like about Bordio is how it just fits with what we do in marketing. Before we started using it, keeping track of everyone's tasks felt like herding cats. Now, I can quickly see who's doing what, when it's due, and how everything's coming along. Plus, seeing our progress in real-time keeps the team motivated and on track.
CONSI wish it had more languages. We'd like to use Latvian instead of English. BUt that's not a big problem. Other tools don't have it too.
Reason for choosing Bordio
We tried theseplatforms, but we didn't like them much. Clickup in my opinion has too many unnecessary features and within all this mess it's hard to find what you really need. Wrike seemed too complex for us, I think it's better fit for large corporations.
Reasons for switching to Bordio
Todoist is good for managing just personal tasks & projects. But when it comes to team collaboration they have too basic features. We needed something more powerful yet easy-to use. So Bordio was a perfect match for us.

Bordio has become an essential tool in our studio. It has the ability to keep all client-related information, including preferences and inspiration photos, in one place. Plus, its both accessible to my team and my clients. We can nove give a more personalized experience to each bride, so even picking the perfect dress for their wedding is as smooth and enjoyable as possible.
