Cflow – Simple, and user-friendly workflow automation tool
The best part is that we were able to manage all our business processes within Cflow. It is flexible and has customizable features which helps us administer new projects, existing workflows, and provides accountability for who is working in which project. It is an excellent tool for project management where you can automate the processes and customize the processes however you need.
CONSThere are some quirks which can be worked on such as the solutions needs to be fully loaded. For eg. Need simulation in rules engine. (Move, set & trigger)

Cflow is a unique software that serves the purpose!
One of the crucial features that we were looking for in a business automation tool is its flexibility. Well, Cflow provided us with just what we were looking for. Manual labor was drastically reduced after we started using Cflow, and it helped us create simple to complex workflows without a single line of code. The UI is pretty neat, and the functionalities are amicable.
CONSThe only drawback is that when the dataset was huge and the workload was heavier, the platform slowed down a bit which again came back to its smoothness after a while. However, the Cflow’s team had rectified that with their updates which is actually an appreciable moment. They are customer-centric and constantly update the platform to suit all your needs.

Cflow good for effective use of processes
Cflow definitely helped our company to simplify our process flows and save time. Although there are troubles from time to time, Cflow support is always very helpful and solves almost all the problems we experience. No system is ideal from the beginning and is developing with experience and different customers. So does the the Cflow team. Thank you for that!
PROSWhat is the biggest added value for our company is that we put the logic into Cflow and our staff automatically knows what to do without having to send plenty of emails and ask about the right contact point. It also allows us to track the requests that usually take time to process and would easily get lost between the emails. The existence of mobile app is also very helpful as our sales people are travelling a lot and they can submit their requests from anywhere in the world.
CONSSome of the features are not really user friendly and without having a contact point in the company some of the steps are hard to guess. Sometimes it cannot work with a lot of data as it causes delays with request processing. Also it is hard for a new person to learn the logic of Cflow and takes time to explain how the whole process works. On the other hand, Cflow support is always available and doing their best to help. They always provide solutions to our problems.

My Cflow review - Renewing the subscription for another year.
Overall, we are pretty happy with the UI as it is easy to use. The software is user-friendly. It is value for money. Also, the features are quite straightforward which they have made it simple to use for someone with no technical knowledge.
PROSIt has been a year since we started using Cflow and the experience has been quite fantastic. It streamlined our workflows and made the transition easier which made us adopt a more natural work environment where everyone keeps an eye on the projects. Cflow is packed with efficient functionality to help you enhance team management, collaboration, process management, and much more.
CONSA bit complex at the beginning but once you get used to it you can easily use it for managing all your tasks and projects productively.

Cflow experience!
Our company was looking for a tool that could help connect different areas and collaborate with other teams to help us understand how they work. Cflow not only gave us a vision but also simulated the changes aptly. It helped us improve our approval workflows and optimize the processes. Process automation is made simpler with Cflow. We were able to customize the process workflows however we wanted and use them to our advantage.
CONSSome small bumps here and there; otherwise, there isn’t anything serious with the technicality of the platform.
