Brilliant Platform
We use the Transformd platform with several customers. It allows our customers to rapidly stand up a form into their process and customise the flow to capture all of the required information based on their answers and not have them having to go through pages of questions that don't apply. The platfrom also allows them to easily integrate several integrations to provide a complete end to end process including things like SMS and Email notification.
CONSThere is a limit to what can be customised by the end-user in the admin portal. This is expected and the transformd team have always been able to help.

Transformd is easy to work with, has brilliant support and is able to quickly deliver the desired solution.

Build with the best tools - Transformd
Transformd has really helped to automate and straight through process, a number of bottleneck challenges we have with paper-based or PDF-based forms. The amount of time that teams spend in going back to clients to ask for further information is both time consuming for the business but it also a terrible experience for the customer. Coordinate this process and capture data and deliver it to the applications that need it downstream means that we reduce the costs and significantly uplifted that customer experience which is very important to the business.
PROS2 factor authentication of a user is out of the box with integrations to other 3rd party service providers is strong. The ease of creating templates as well as the extended styling means the developers and create exception customer experiences.
CONSThe ability to duplicate templates at the moment is not as straight forward as it could be but this is being address in the product roadmap.

The underlying technology uses the last ear tools and has been developed from the ground up, full focused on the cloud.

Best of breed forms, made easy
Frustrating that the bank didn't decide to go with them, but very satisfying to use
PROSWe were able to build a best of breed onboarding application within weeks as opposed to years. No coding experience is required, and we can make tweaks and improvements in minutes and release to production in a day, not months.
CONSStyling of forms requires outside assistance, however the support model made this a simple process.

NAB's target architecture is to build internally, even though final solution is years away.

PROSOur journey with Transformd started many years ago. Transformd have helped the Bank to increase and enhance our online form experience. We have been able to reduce manual handling and automate a number of backend processes. The solution also integrates with third party offerings, and has evolved with us over time to meet our business needs. The ability to manage multiple brands using one form backend has proved invaluable, and provided a more streamlined engine for the Bank.

Manual to automation
Great team and roadmap moving forward, so we know they are actively involved in making the product better.
PROSUsing Transformd has really "transformd" the way we onboard our customers. We've gone from having a very manual process with many friction points to a fully automated process incorporating AML KYC checks within weeks. We are now tracking and improving our conversion rate and NPS which we couldn't do before. The team are friendly and easy to work with, I'd highly recommend Transformd if you're looking to automate application processes.
CONSNothing at this stage, the roadmap presented was key in our decision making as it showed they are on the same track with their development as our wishlist for the future.
