Automated Reports available via internet browser for everyone's access.
CONSThe maintenance cost is a bit high but this is mainly because of the quality of the product.

Teltrac - Sitel
Automated reports sent via email. This is a very good feature which lessen repeated workload.
CONSCost. The software and licenses are not that budget friendly.
