FieldKo over 6 years
The adaptability of the App and the Service level we receive from FieldKo make it an ideal product for our Business. At this point it is difficult to see us ever needing to move on from this Product in terms of how it currently meets our Business needs.
PROSThe initial OOTB functionality was useful but it was the ability of the App to be customised and tailored to our unique Business needs over time that has made the App truly valuable to our Business in the way that we capture and orgainse data from the Field
CONSNothing really stands out for this - the App, overall, is extremely stable and has very few issues.
Reason for choosing FieldKo
There were other Products considered but they were not Salesforce Native at the time.
Reasons for switching to FieldKo
Fonterra was already using Salesforce as a global CRM and it made sense to go with a front end Tool that would integrate into our current CRM.

Its business intelligence to have the fieldko app
For the past 1 year and couple of months it has been very amazing.
PROSI can load all my information for a particular store, freezer failures, have a perfect view of how a shelf must look like for every principal, monitor Merchandisers, keep track of short dated stock, load register, uniforms, priorities it's actually making the life of an ASM or AM very convenient and easy. One will even get a chance to notice that a certain product is not in that particular store and it's a kvi line, for someone with no Merchandising expired it also serves as a learning tool.
CONSOne will constantly face problems with synchronization, sometimes taking pictures and sometimes capturing Mccain Executrac but because there's people from the PI team willing to assist it always gets easier.

We have full visibility of our business both for our external customers as well as assisting us to manage internal controls within the business. We have moved all manual work onto Fieldko as the data assists us to create easy reports to quickly identify areas of concern as well as successful areas within our business.
PROSThe ease of the product instore, offline capability, support from the dev team and partnership with the Fieldko leaders always willing to partner to improve their product.
CONSThe PDF reports that issued need to be "revamped" cosmetically. The inability to have scoring available on the application when completing a "score card".

Fieldko from a sales person perspective
The system is easy to use and navigate, planning calls is simple when you can view then by day, week or month so you can ensure you use the time correctly.All the information is stored in an easy to access manner that can be used for reporting and checking.
CONSThe only negative is that the device must be up to date (IOS) to work correctly.
