Alida is an innovative company with top notch customer service.

We are gaining valuable insights from healthcare consumers, employees, brokers, and provider partners though use of Alida SPARQ and Power Surveys.

Pros

The experience with Alida's customer success team has been excellent. They are very responsive and knowledgeable. We’ve worked with a couple over the 6 years of our partnership and have been pleased with all.

Cons

Navigating between two survey platforms is challenging for our programmers.

Pros

User-friendliness - the functionality of Alida makes it simple to design surveys, use the data, onboard new team members, etc.

Cons

There could be a few more programming features, like enabling respondents to upload images/videos
