Empowering our team

It's like we added 5 people to our team for the price of 1.

Pros

We were able to find out things about our competition that nobody else knew, and leverage those to empowered our team to adapt their outreach and customer conversations in real-time. The product keeps improving each month as they release more features that makes our team more efficient and able to focus on higher level marketing and customer relationships.

Cons

Initially, we weren't sure how to fit it into our workflow, but their support team really helped get us on the right track after a slow start.

Easy to get a quick overview

Customer service has been great, adding in things that we ask for. Pleased with the overall experience thus far.

Pros

I like that at a quick glance, I can see how we are stacking up against competitors. There are clear "cards" that show different things tracked. But if I want more, I can also take a deeper dive. Seeing the percentage of how well one of our social posts is performing, and compared to competitors, etc., is very useful. I also like that there is general industry news included at the bottom of my digest, in case something grabs my interest.

Cons

I can't think of anything yet so far that is negative.

Cons

The software is solid. Adding additional SEO and advertising functionalities that could make it an even better marketing tool.
