Happy that we have this tool, as long we know the limitations, what the tool will do and not and inform the customer everybody will be happy in the end. It saves a lot of time specially for big projects with several custom fields, allocations etc.

The tool is very good, for first timers should get the training from fluent and also read the material from the site to learn what is possible to do. The support is good

Sometimes when importing project files a macro opens and it is really hard to click ok since fluent takes over the control and forces the solution to be on top of anything opened. I had hard time during the last migration because the macro opened and I had to keep trying to click ok to close the warning message and close the macro page. I did not want to cancel the process because I was importing more than 1000 items per batch.

We used FluentBooks, initially, to manage the migration of a complex, on-premise installation of Project Server 2016 to Project Online, and have continued to leverage the tools for evaluating and synchronizing configuration elements between our Dev/Test environment and Production.

Migration and in place management tools are robust and thorough.

Some operations can be time consuming, but I am not surprised.

Overall this has been very positive. The Customer Support training was useful to kick of our use and through our own exploration of functionality allows us to manage those activities that would normally take a significant amount of time to achieve doing them manually.

The main feature that we benefit from is the ability to do bulk editing, especially of our resource pool entries. Without this it would take a significant amount of effort to update all entries in the resource pool as/when we have to make changes that impact all resources (e.g. changing rates.)

Although there is the option to retain my login information for PWA - I find that I have to enter the information each time. Not a major issue - but a niggle more than anything

In general it's being a great experience. We are still learning everything thar Fluent can do.

We can migrate projects and sharepoint sites easily.

Sometimes we can't discover the problems and eroors by ourselves.

Support . I had an issue with y tenant, nothing that was caused by FluentPro. Support team allowed to migrate to temp URL for a certain period of time.

I use the product once every 6 moth or so. Its difficult to think of cons, other than speed.

I would use it again.

Result was great and made moving information very easy. With more training it will become easier.

Need to have in depth training before using system.
