Great for employee well-being and mental health

PROS

Great product for employee well-being and mental health - I use it weekly and I feel like the coaching sessions make a difference in my quality of life. It's possible to get support on specific topics/goals or more long-term issues.

CONS

Would be good to be able to filter or search by coaching approach / therapy type to make the process of finding a therapist easier. Also, perhaps ratings and reviews for coaches would be helpful.

Great mental health offerings

PROS

I use individual sessions with a therapist and attend group workshops and exercises. I find it super convenient to just book things and do them from home, and I feel lucky to have found a therapist on the platform who has been really helpful.

CONS

A small thing, but when you're scrolling through the group offerings and click on something to book, it then takes you back to the top of the page. It would be good if it automatically went back to where you had got to so you can continue scrolling through and booking more options.

Good tool for beginners at wellness and self-care

I attended some group session and workshops. The interaction is very little, which sometimes helped because these were during working hours and I was happy I could take in the information without having to completely disconnect from work.

PROS

I like the visuals of the application, and frequency of workshops and events

CONS

I think the topics' list is short and mostly for people at the beginning of their wellbeing care path. A lot of this information can be easily found for free in podcast, YouTube, blogs, etc.

A meaningful benefit

PROS

As a user, I really appreciate having a multilingual offer of coaches who are regularly available ( sessions can be booked from one day to another if needed). As an admin for my organization, I enjoy feeling heard and seing continuous improvement of the platform since we first started using it. I'm excited about the product and feel Likeminded is developing a strong and varied offer over time. Attention from account managers is personal and aims to support your specific organizational context.

CONS

Would be great to have a phone app to deliver specific types of content. Live reporting dashboards would also help understanding better how specific activation measures land into the organization.
