I like that Dash Billing is constantly working on new upgrades and features as well as takes feedback on what to implement next for ease of consumer access.

Dash Billing - Debt Collection

Great team to work with. They listen to what you need and work to get it in place.

PROS

The ability to send texts and e-mails and the web portal payment function.

CONS

Would be nice to be able to make notes and place due dates on those notes so you can follow up. With this feature all of the collections functions would be captured in this one wonderful program.

Reason for choosing Dash Billing

DAKCS was more than we needed and it was reflected in the price.We did not have internal resources at the time to build a collections system for us. We also, would not have gotten the texting and e-mailing communication features like DASH Billing has.

Dashbilling Is User Friendly and Great for Consumers

PROS

Dashbilling has been super easy to use on the Administrative side and is very user friendly for Consumers as well. Moving to Dashbilling has enabled consumers to pay their balances much faster and has made my ability to process payments much easier, and I feel like I work more efficiently!

CONS

I cannot think of any cons at this time.

Feedback for Dash

Great. We anticipate building a good workmanship with Dash and hope we can continue adding on features to increase revenue.

PROS

Working with [sensitive content hidden] . Quick access and quick replies.

CONS

Twice per month invoice billing however that was changed to once in January so no issues there.
