A digital adoption tool for which works effortlessly.

We needed a solution to help our customers understand our product as they onboard the platform. There are options like Github pages and others which redirect users to a different page for further information about the product. We found this to be distracting for the end user. Gyde offers Help articles and product walkthroughs on the same product page reducing distractions and overall improving the user engagement rate. Apart from seamless integrations, Gyde makes it easy to organize information by having an option to create new categories based on the documentation. This makes it very easy for users to search for a help article in the right place. Finally, Gyde analytics gives an overview of how customers are reading/using the help articles. Our teams have found out the customers who complete the walk through are more likely to continue to use the product after their free trial. Overall, a great tool with a lot of potential for SaaS businesses.

PROS

The seamless integration with platform. Setting up the software is a breeze. Gyde's own walk through makes it very easy to set up a new project in the tool and start adding help articles right away.Overall, it took the technical team less than an hour to set up Gyde with our platform.

CONS

Rich text box editor can be improved to add tables, markup support, etc.

Gyde efficiently and effectively plays a role of your reliable virtual assistant who helps platform users navigate across platform without any hassles. You are guaranteed to achieve greater success in the platform on-boarding and adoption journeys of users with the Gyde by your side.

PROS

Gyde offers highly flexible, configurable as well as easy to access infrastructure, you can create work flows and help videos with. You can seamlessly activate and deactivate these workflows on any of the software instances. The walk-troughs can be auto triggered or manually activated. Would you also like to know what's the cherry on top? It's ability to display only relevant steps from walk-through dynamically, as per your platform configuration settings. Customer Support is their strong suite. Gyde Team is one of the best teams, I got an opportunity to work with.

CONS

It's tricky and time consuming task to locate element selector position sometimes but Gyde has got super brains on their team to rescue you from any of the difficult scenes.

Gyde on CRM and LDMS

It is very useful and user friendly software. Value adds the new user to understand the system navigation.

PROS

The content is easy to understand and the videos helps the user to understand navigation of the system while using the system. No need to go to other document or reference for navigation support. it is available within the system itself. Real time assistance while navigating the system.

CONS

Struggled to get the software on the new system for the new users. It should be done by default once the user gets the system ID. Should not have manual intervention of setting Chrome extension

Because it is inbuilt in the system, while using the system user can get help from walk throughs and videos
