Conduit is cloud-based software built to make your warehouse operations efficient, transparent, and secure. With Conduit dock scheduling, carriers and vendors can book appointments with the facility. When drivers arrive, they can check themselves in using Conduit’s tablet or QR codes. Conduit captures driver and truck information according to your unique requirements along with timestamps to prevent false detention requests. Pilot with Conduit

PROS

- Their staff... very helpful and always open to constructive criticism. They truly want any feedback to make their product the best and I respect that! - Ease of use - Up to date with technology

CONS

- There are other products very similar.

Great scheduling tool

Overall easy to use. Provides accessibility, and visibility for customers to obtain help and information on a timely manner.

PROS

The visibility conduit has given both internal and external has helped improve overall communication.

CONS

Really hard to find something I dislike about this system.

Coduit use

Conduit has been easy to use, even tought it came with a slight learning curve.

Dock visability

PROS

I like the approach that Conduit team is taking in order to resolve one the "black holes" in the warehouse, the dock. The visibility this tools gives me is a great feature that allows me to manage my team better and understand better the flow of traffic into my facility yard.

CONS

I think Conduit is doing a great job and working hard to resolve a pain point for many warehouse managers. I believe the team has more ground to cover but I see a lot of promise here!

Great add on to help with scheduling

PROS

Simple to use and visually pleasing. Easy to see and find what you need.

CONS

As I'm writing this review I'm going back and forth into conduit to try and find a con. and I can not come up with one. The only thing is that that after you chat with the driver the chat doesn't always go away after you have opened it.

Best Appt Scheduling System for DCs

It has been very helpful for scheduling purposes. Very helpful overall

PROS

I like the multiple functions I am able to perform on conduit such as schedule inbound and outbound deliveries giving visibility to the entire DC

CONS

Not being able to save carrier details for easier booking purposes. I wish we could save carrier profiles and select the profile with saved contacts instead of entering it every appt

Conduit Pilot

The support team was always available to answer any questions immediately.

PROS

The software is very user-friendly, so minimal training is needed. The support team was always available to answer any questions immediately. I like the more "up-to-date" approach that Conduit is taking by including QR codes, texting, etc. Makes it easier on all involved.

CONS

I do not like all the email notifications. Currently, there's no iOS/Android app available>

Real Time Reporting

The team is great to work with understands our problems and will help resolve them immediately. The software is super user-friendly, minimal training is needed.

PROS

I like the virtual check in and being able to communicate with the drivers by text. Receiving notifications on my phone, so I am not tied to my desk.

CONS

I did not like receiving all the email notifications.

Volvo & Conduit what a great DUO

PROS

How easy it was to communicate with the drivers. The support team is amazing went the extra mile to resolve problems immediately.

CONS

There’s nothing that I really did not dislike about it so I am going to skip this question!
