Price varies by the number of retail and restaurant outlets. Starting price of 43EUR applies for retailers and restauranteurs who run less than 2 active cash registers on average per store, and for POS systems with a certified Zoined integration. Price slightly rises based on additional business systems which add data sources in addition to POS system (Visitor counting system, Workforce management system, e-commerce, ERP, ...) and additional feature such as Demand forecasting.

User-friendly & easy navigated sharp analytics program!
In general very positive to all features, reports, analytic tools and daily dashboard set-up!
PROSIt’s the perfect way for me to manage, plan and track my sales, KPI’s and product performance. Easy, user-friendly and visually presentable.
CONSTechnically its sufficient for our purpose. Missing a complete users-manual, but the support team is quick in responde, service-minded and very knowledgeable!
Reasons for switching to Zoined
It’s a better tool for us and more easy to navigate and clear in its purpose.

Easy to implement and to use
with Zoined we have taken massive steps in order to become more data driven in our decisions. Everyone can now easily make analysis and deep dive into our profit drivers.
PROSvery fast to get up and running and I really appreciate that we both can have visual dashboards for a fast overview and easy to access any data sent to Zoined in the analytics reports. I like it very much that it is not a question of cost to add users, which means that EVERYONE in the company has access and can follow the company performance live.
CONSAs an administrator, I struggle a bit with managing all dashboards and reports being created by our employees since everyone can create both dashboards and reports. I wish there would be more admin tools to get an overview of who is owning what report/dashboard and more easily to admin these. It is not so easy for new employees to create analytics reports by themselves since it demans very specific filters to get correct data, but this i more a reflection of our ERP system than on Zoined. However the upside of API connection is that it is easy to get started, the downside is that it is not so easy to cluster different dimensions into one dimension (which would be neccessary for us in order to get our sales channels correct in Zoined.)
Reason for choosing Zoined
Since we don't have an IT department we needed to have a solution with low maintenance work from our side and we also were in need to fast have this up and running.

Easy to use BI tool for everyday operations and development
Very Good! I used it every day and it saved a lot of my time and manual work. Perfect tool for our 15 outlets coffee shop chain.
PROSEase of use, saves time of everyday work, visual interface. Scheduled automatic reports. Ease of distributing important reports to the organization. Visual collective reports in minutes.
CONSFor our use, some integrations were missing related to personnel cost management. This was not actually due to Zoined.

Fantastic analyse system
I use the system to analyze the stores, and can break it down on people if I want to. See top seller, categories, revenue, margin, etc etc - and we can use it if you are on the go in your phone. And you can get update by mail every day
PROSThis system is good for all in the company high level and low level. The manage team can see what they like, and the stores can see what they like, everything is adaptable
CONSWe have nothing for now, but if something is missing we ask if it is possible to get it, and after some time it will come to the system
