Event Ready is a cloud-based event management software solution that enables businesses of any size to plan and execute events. It allows users to simplify the event registration process for on-site and off-site attendees.

Event Ready's event registration tool offers features such as the ability to create a branded and mobile-ready website, managing attendee and exhibitor registration and secure payment processing.

On-site registration is facilitated through Event Ready's web-based registration, which includes lead retrieval, badge printing and session scanning to track attendance. Self-registration and check-in kiosks are also available.

Event management features offered by Event Ready include a meeting scheduler, an interactive floorplan tool, speaker management, room and venue management and accreditation and certificates management.

Event Ready offers integration with third-party software such as customer relationship management (CRM) and finance and marketing systems. Support is offered via phone and email.

Event Ready needs some upgrades

We really like Event Ready for our events but wish they had some of the updated features that other systems have. The price is fantastic and depending on the size of your event you might not need all the bells and whistles that other systems provide. We are able to make it work but there could be some improvements that would make this program dynamite.

Pros

Once you know the system it's very simple to use. It's easy to change items online and they show up immediately for the enduser, although you are sometimes limited on what items you can change. It's reasonably priced.

Cons

There could be a lot more reporting functions. We find ourselves tracking information on spreadsheets when the system should technically be able to pull that data. It's a little bit outdated and doesn't offer a lot of features that other registrations systems automatically include.

I used the service with a business conference I was holding, my contact name was Andrea I loved her she catered to all my needs and helped take the stress off me. Super easy to set up registration and name tags for attendees and the customer service team needs raises.

The eventready staff was extremely easy to work with and is quick to fix problems.

Pros

It's easy to pull relevant data as well as copy events so you don't have to go in and make a new one every time.

Cons

Some of the flexibility with making each event unique. It would be nice if you could add a different header or different options to each specific event.

Pros

Once you learn the system, it appears very easy to use. Top notch customer support. Good value for the money.

Cons

LEARNING CURVE IS A BIT STEEP. A stronger online "HELP" feature or a downloadable manual with clear instructions would be great! Nice to develop functionality for international market, incl. tax collections, reporting as well as the hotel module for international market.

Customer Service is amazing!!

A very powerful tool that can be customized to work just the way we need it to.

We are in the second year with Event Ready managing our event within their system. The first year like any new endeavor had its bumps. But what impressed me the most about the Event Ready staff is the way they dug in, rolled up their sleeves and participated at the event. They quickly identified what was working and made changes to what wasn't to make the show experience a positive one for both our attendees and our staff. They took notes each day for ways to improve our system setup and make the site ours in a way that works for us. Year two has been so much easier, setup has been cleaner and areas that needed improvement were taken care of prior to the initial testing. We will always continue to grow and improve and appreciate the professionalism and level of resources they bring to the conversation. During every conversation they convey a thorough knowledge of our system and set up and we never feel like we are just another customer. Their personal customer service coupled with their outstanding capabilities makes it a win-win for both of us and we look forward to continuing the relationship for years to come.

We have been using Event Ready's registration, call for papers, and exhibitor modules for two years now. The modules are easy to use and can be customized to meet our growing needs. We now have an state of the art online and onsite registration system that allows are attendees to register quickly and stress free. I highly recommend Event Ready for your conference or event needs.
