We <3 Events Local!

We have finally gone paperless! Utilizing Events Local gives vendors the ability to store all of their information and documents online so that we don't have to have paper copies in our office. This ensures nothing gets lost or misplaced and keeps everything very organized. Events Local also allows us to have a quick snapshot of where vendors are at in the registration process.

Pros

At the Downtown Community Partnership we love that Events Local allows us to store all of vendor information in one place. It makes it easy for us to quickly look up each vendor when they call or email and inform them of their progress and what is still needed to participate.

Cons

It's very hard to troubleshoot with vendors who are not familiar with online platforms when we can't have access to their account or upload documents for them.

FINALLY, a comprehensive platform for event planning!

Pretty solid. Very helpful customer service, which is one of the most valuable assets to any new product or service.

Pros

EventsLocal allows me to do most of the administrative work that I need to do for any of our events in one place. It keeps me much more organized and helps me get information to my applicants and selected vendors in a much more reliable fashion.

Cons

I started using EventsLocal close to the beginning of its release and there were a few kinks that had to be worked out here and there, which is to be expected, of course, with any new software or other product. However, the customer service team was quick to respond to any issue I brought up, and resolve problems in a timely manner, so really...this is more of a pro than a con. The only other con I can think of is that occasionally, applicants have some trouble getting their applications submitted on their end, but it's hard to tell if it's user error by the applicant or a problem that could be smoothed out by the EventsLocal team. I have a sneaking suspicion that it's mostly user error.

I could be happier

I am an event coordinator for a very large festival this software has made it so easy for our vendors to purchase booth space.If your looking for a way to make your life/Job easier then this is what you need.

Pros

I love how much easier it made it for myself as well as our vendors. The customer service has been exceptional. They are very prompt on returning calls and emails. Although I have been able to reach someone every time I have needed to call. Their customer service goes above and beyond what I could ever have wanted. Our vendors have been pleased with how easy it is to use and secure their booth.

Cons

Honestly I can't think of one thing I didn't like.

Absolutely LOVE Events Local

I have been using this platform for our market registration for almost 2 years now and love it. It's so easy to use and easy to customize. [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] has been awesome helping me set up the registration this time!

Nothing! Anytime I have an issue or need something, the customer service team adds it!

Great Service!

Pros

This is a fabulous tool for organizing vendors/applicants and providing a central location for participants to access layouts, payments, contracts, contact info, etc.

Cons

It's a newer platform and had a few bugs. Totally to be expected and was quickly resolved.
