Great Application - Highly Recomended
QuickShift has been the backbone of OnTheMarc Events' operations since 2016; enabling us to grow substantially without having to expand our admin team. Since beginning our relationship with the QuickShift team, the days of communicating to our staff with email chains or handling payroll through uncontrollable excel spreadsheets have come to an end. Our operations are handled seamlessly by this incredible system - could not recommend it more.
PROSWe loved working with the QuickShift team so much we actually invested in their company to help them continue to grow this product. The product itself has saved us so much time, primarily from: Customizable state-by-state payroll reports, which cut time spent on payroll dramatically Automatic communication/reminders to teams Performance management ratings, which finally allowed us to easily prioritize our best staff
CONSCons: We know that the team is working hard every day to improve the application and we are looking forward to the upcoming integrations to make our experience even more seamless. Very little to knock with this product.

Love Love QuickShift
QuickShift is hands down the best scheduling software that I have used. It is clean, modern, user friendly, affordable (especially for a small business), and the developers help customize it to our specific requirements. We will have a long lasting relationship with QuickShift.
PROSThe developers of the software are immediately accessible and responsive to any of our specific needs as a NYC based staffing agency. Their software is already a dream and they work hard with us to continually make it even better.

If You're Looking for Great Software... Look No Further
From start to this current moment, working with QS has been a pleasure. I had a private meeting with one of the co-founders to really see QS and get set up, and any questions I had were answered. Even after we started using the software (super easy once you use it a few times) any questions we had were quickly answered. If you are looking for a great product that is easy to use, well managed, well run and affordable, QS is the software you are looking for.
PROSQuick Shift is really a breeze to use, even if you're not technologically minded. It works super well on both the admin side, and the user side. We have had success using QS during COVID, especially when it has come to rescheduling weddings and events that have had to change dates or number of people on very short notice. One of the best services that QS offers though is their exceptional customer service. Any time I had an issue or could not figure out what I was doing, I was given help within a few hour (although usually less!) with the max amount of time for the fix being 24 hours. Not many companies can boast about such wonderful service.
CONSThe only real con is getting used to the software, but that's not really a con, just a learning curve.
Reason for choosing QuickShift
I know one of the co-founders. We met on a trip, and when he found out I own a catering company and am an executive chef, he pitched his product to me. After reviewing the product, my business partner and I concluded that this was the product we wanted to use, we didn't even need to look at any others.
