I have been thoroughly impressed with FintechOS. What stands out the most for me is how easily you can create and customize digital journeys, create personalized content and business-tailored segments of audience. This has truly transformed the way we develop applications. The user-friendly interface, coupled with out of the box accelerators has made our work flow seamless and efficient. I appreciate the dedication of the FintechOS team in consistently delivering a top-notch product that aligns perfectly with both client needs and development needs.

One aspect that could be further refined is the loading time overall of the platform. It's not a deal breaker, but addressing this area would undoubtedly enhance the overall user experience.

Tech: • High capability and very good integration between FintechOS platform with internal systems and external sources, including external databases. This integration allowed us to reduce the time and the cost of accessing and processing the data. The user does not need any more to access different databases, both internal and external. He has all of them in one place with all the required information automatically imported. • Automation of important processes such as the credit offer and the entire process of customer financial evaluation. Before FintechOS, our users needed a lot of time to access around 15 internal and external databases in order to extract the necessary information, print it and manually input it in all the credit package files. Now, for a complex credit process we need around 5 hours instead of 20. For a standard client, we reduced the time of processing the credit request from 11 hours to just one hour. Overall, FintechOS helped us reduce 4-11 times the processing time, which had a positive impact on the costs of the onboarding process. • Possibility to develop tools for risk evaluation, scorecards, pricing, product matrix and so on. • Intuitive and user-friendly technology. It can be tough to customize the technology in a very short term if you are an organization with complex workflows, such we are. So, the Go Live can be delayed by such factors and by lack of proper workflows adjusted to such different business and tech approach.

The application needed some customising at the beginning and we had some issues, but now it's quite stable an with minimum downtime.

I liked that it can incorporate multiple fields of technology (OCR, face recognition, video streaming,, customer support management). It can easily be integrated with complex system with the latest security constraints. The organization I work for operates in a very security demanding sector of industry.

Some parts of the applicatrion are impossible to very hard to customize, and the visuals are not the most pleasant.
