Our biggest gap today lies in our loyalty solution's ability to integrate. The Cataboom team has provided expert-level support and has gone above-and-beyond to troubleshoot but our loyalty provider Punchh cannot currently provide 3rd party integrated solutions. This has created a limited prizing opportunity, but not caused by Cataboom.
