We used to verify new hire identities via Zoom and we like how we can do everything online now and have a paper trail of that process.

Since the identity of our new hires came back as verified, it would be nice to have a white paper or use case in case that the verification did not pass. If that would have happened, we would not know what to do in this case but to resort back to doing a Zoom call.

I liked how we did not have to go through a long onboarding process with a sales demo or wait to get your account approved. Everything was pretty much self-service which I liked. We needed to verify a contractor's identity and the process was very quick. What we liked the most is that you can sign-up and validate their identification in less than an hour.

The help documentation on their site could be beefed up some. A video of the whole process would have been beneficial.

RapidVerify reached out to us offering a free trial to try out their income verification. I thought what's there to lose, it's a free trial ya know. We were blown away! We thought the only ways to make sure they made enough to pay rent was by showing us a paystub, a new hire letter, or bring in months of bank statements. Who could have known there was a service where you can do all this online now!!! Our turnaround time to get an applicant approved is usually 2-3 days. Now I can tell them 24 hours max!!!

Most of our potential renters bring in a pay stub and that satisfies our needs. What's awesome is now we can get more renters approved who don't have that regular 9-5. We try to be fair and give people a second chance, but one thing we do not bend the rules for is income.

Nothing so far! We had a great overall experience here and we will be using again.

Their platform was much easier to use than trying to manually check ids.

This method was new to us so the only downside was not knowing all what to expect.
