DirectSuggest Empowers Our Employees

PROS

- I like that it automatically organizes suggestions and directs them the the necessary decision maker. - I like the anonymity features - I like the voting and commenting collaboration features - I like how they enable you to tailor your own suggestion box - I like how DirectSuggest empowers our employees and clients - I like that are remote employees are able to communicate their ideas as easy as workers in the office - I like that our entire workforce is able to participate in the ideation process

CONS

- I wish they had white labeling options where we could have our own logo and color scheme

Reason for choosing DirectSuggest

They all lacked certain features DirectSuggest offered and were more expensive. We also appreciated how transparent and customer oriented DirectSuggest was.
