One of the best partnerships
I've worked with Performedia for years and am always impressed with their flexibility and their ability to adapt and change as needed. They always make us feel like a priority and our work relationship is a true partnership.
PROSWe constantly receive feedback from our audience that the Performedia software is easy to navigate and makes the virtual audience feel connected to the live event. Performedia has worked to customize this player to continue to adapt and change and add new features so that our events always feel fresh and new.
CONSWe are still working on a few connectivity issues to link registration to the performedia dashboard for each event, but overall the software and integration has been really successful.

APTA Performedia Review
Overally, the team at Performedia is very easy to work with. We were able to produce several virtual events in a very short time period, which would not have been possible without Performedia's assistance.
PROSThe platform is easy to set-up with the development team at Performedia.
CONSThere have been numerous improvements Performedia has made to the platform. There are a few minor things that can be done to continue improvement such as how the chat box appears on the platform and whether it can stay open statically versus "opening it." I think the analytics can get a little more robust as well.

Reasons for switching to Performedia
Matchbox was not able to provide a native live streaming option. Live streaming was only possible through Zoom.

Performedia does Excellent Work! Their videos are exceptionally high quality!

They have been great to work with and always very responsive to every request. They go above and beyond our expectations every time. Our customers love their videos. They make us look professional and increase our reputation
