Our first experience into live ecommerce

It was the first time into live eCommerce. The first time we sold $5k worth of good, then $12k and the last time $17k. We were not expecting this. We had some minor glitches with our mic, but overall it's a great experience both for us and our clients.

PROS

It integrates with our BigCommerce software so that's seamless. We also love the 'Sell on Facebook' feature. But the best part is that the team at StageMe handles the events for us. So no headaches.

CONS

Sometimes it loads slow, due to many users that access the stream. But the stream is instant!

Impressed by the amount of sales we generated

PROS

We like the most that we generated more sales than expected during our first events. We're already using an influencer and now we also added the purchase option to the product. It was a content marketing session but the users also ordered even thogh just passively advertised.

CONS

We had a few technical glitches at the beginning and their team helped us understand how everything works.
