Great value for money

Great value for money software and every time I had some questions or issues, the support staff helped me immediately.

PROS

This software has been a real game changer for my company. In the past, I had to use 2 different companies to do the load balancing for my app, a normal NLB software, and another GSLB. The whole setup was incredibly messy, complicated, and very expensive. Now I have everything in one place and the whole implementation took less than an hour. The user portal is very intuitive and I can just add all my servers really quickly and see all my expenditures in one place.

CONS

More payment options would be nice, but otherwise I have no complaints.

The multi-cloud solution that I needed

My company has been using MS Azure for a long time with no issues. As we started expanding our business, we required some more flexibility and services so we adopted a multi-cloud solution with AWS. It was a true nightmare in the start, from migrating services to getting everything to work in different regions of the world. We got recommended Dyncond’s GSLB solution and it has solved nearly all the issues we previously had.

PROS

It is easy to use, flexibility, reliability

CONS

Everything has been running smoothly so far, the navigation on the portal was a bit challenging only

Experience with Dyncond so far

Very satisfied so far, we have far less maintenance than ever before.

PROS

We have started using Dyncond as our content delivery service 5 months ago now because we kept having issues with the uptime of our app. Dyncond sold us with their high availability and instant failover, and I must say, since then we had no issues with our app at all. Our application is currently distributed in 3 data centers in southeastern Europe and if one of our servers goes down, our users get routed to another server immediately and we get a notification that our server went down. Our users have also reported that our app has been running smoother for them lately. Integration was fairly straight forward and easy to do.

CONS

No real down sides, as soon as I implemented the Dyncond libraries in our app, we set up everything else really quickly and it worked like a charm.
