A commitment to a great customer experience, a workflow that meets the needs of our operational teams, and a platform that not only solves todays needs but will be ready to meet our growing needs.
CONSThat I didn't switch sooner. This has allowed us to focus on the platform and the UX and less about the service. If the company is focused on using the platform as a means to sell a service, the customer experience will never come first.
Reasons for switching to Stavvy
Our focus was on the right technology and the right customer experience. For me, Notarize is built on selling notary services. I want a platform that meetings my operational needs and my customer experience requirements. I feel that Stavvy is better suited to deliver on the technical side than Notarize

Want to win in the eSign Space you better have a dynamic partner
The business teamwork that our company and Stavvy has achieved together has been a game changer in our markets. engaged in our wish list, quick to respond and resolve any issues, and great teacher of the product and how to succeed with it.
PROSWe liked that is was nimble allowed us to meet customers where they wanted to be met. It allowed us to have a my dynamic engagement that simplified the signing process. It gave us a space to lead with and take care of customers.
CONSI wish it was more mobile ready. Kids do everything on there phone and for security and more its not a great mobile space.

We had 2 different providers covering 2 different things. Now we have all our needs within one platform.
Reasons for switching to Stavvy
Lack of functionality, not as nimble or customer friendly. Hard to manage across a team of our size. This created uniformity and no matter where a customer knows that its THE TITLE TEAM and this is our platform of choice STAVVY!

My only issue right now is lenders getting onboard with using it. We really enjoy the product.
PROSIt is a very easy to use interface and clients have had no issues logging on.
CONSSometimes the authentication can be buggy and not useable, requiring a manual authentication.
