Evaluation ISAAC
La localisation en temps réel est très efficace. L'envoie de documents par la messagerie est aussi vraiment efficace.
CONSL'extraction de vidéo est moins efficace. Il faut savoir exactement à quel moment un évènement arrive pour être en mesure de bien cibler la vidéo.

I can't really review the back-office features. I will say that the dispatchers don't seem to be able to be able to input orders correctly, so apparently there are problems there as well. I certainly can review the driver interface. It is horrible. Drivers are extremely frustrated with Isaac.
PROSIt is getting some updates that have improved some features. For example, the driver tablets now can scan documents somewhat well, although still not as well as competing devices.
CONSAs someone with previous experience designing and building user interfaces, I can state that the user interface of the tablet is absolutely hideous. The basic ELD functionality is very poor. It even occasionally randomly changes the driver's status without notifying the driver, resulting in FMCSA violations. The company's CSA scores have risen since switching to ISAAC.

Bon service à la clientèle, bon programme. Nous avons de bons suivis et de l'aide lorsque requis. Tablette pour les chauffeurs facile a configurer selon les besoins de nos entreprises.
PROS- Caméra en temps - Extraction manuelle des vidéos - Suivi des fiches journalières - Suivi des violations - Alertes sur la vitesse selon nos choix
CONS- Configuration difficile au niveau des utilisateur (nous sommes à le mettre en place avec l'aide du soutiens technique)

PROSle travail avec ISAAC depuis presque dix ans et j'ai fait l'implantation dans 3 compagnies et aider a plusieurs autres sur les trois logiciels ISAAC ,,, j'aime votre équipe qui veulent toujours s'améliorer !!! C'est ISAAC et rien d'autres pour une compagnie !

Management focused
The mobile hardware is nice in terms of processing speed and minimal downtime due to routine maintenance but the software learning curve is steep and some beta software modules are utterly useless. ISAAC uses truck drivers as beta testers with little or no regard for end user feedback. They only listen to managers.
PROSVery detailed system that can be customized to specific needs.
CONSVirtually impossible for an end user like myself (a truck driver) to provide any feedback to the developers at ISAAC. I work for a large company but i am not at liberty to submit any feedback on their behalf because firstly, I am not considered in a position to have an opinion by my company and secondly, ISAAC only comminicates with our company contact. The ISAAC system is designed and only caters to fleet managers. Drivers' opinions are not even considered in the development. When ISAAC states their system is "driver friendly" , I seriously doubt that it is from driver feedback. They definitely have never asked me for any opinion.
Reasons for switching to ISAAC
I am not in a position to choose which technology i use. My employee makes thise decisions and i simply use what i am told to use.

About a 2.5 because you can't get anyone on the phone
PROSI like the amount of info it gives you, you can pull up a screen on every activity

As for technical support, fleet managers and super-users have access 7 days a week. All technical support requests are assessed within 20 minutes and managed by our technical support dispatcher. Our "dispatcher model" approach, which mirrors the transportation industry's, is key to ISAAC's responsiveness and excellent client service. Over 95% of requests are closed within 3 days. For driver support, your fleet's manager or ISAAC superuser is the person to turn to for help. They know not only the ISAAC solution really well, but also your company's work processes. They can even access your tablet from a distance if needed!

Ancienne version meilleur selon moi !!!
On voit bien en temps réel le déplacement des camions
CONSLord de la mise a jours il ont régresser sur l'indication des unité sur le board.... c'est plus pèle mêle qu'avant....
