A good no-code iPaaS with a tested tech

Great support and the time to deploy is far less than other iPaaS solutions we looked at.

PROS

Eliminates all the drudgery of building out integrations with multiple systems

CONS

The interface is intuitive once you get the concept behind the platform, but it takes some focused learning

Reason for choosing Central Sales Assistant

At scale it was less expensive, and we had greater control deploying, testing and monitoring. Boomi and Workato had too many features for us.

Great for our company's unique needs

PROS

Customer service and quick response time is amazing!

CONS

Relying on central team members to troubleshoot 'issues' on our behalf can be time consuming. I believe this is temporary though and will be changed soon.

Central Sales Assistant

PROS

It has allowed us to integrate our HRS, ServiceNow and Active Directory to improve our off-boarding processes. The Central team was very easy and responsive to work with.

CONS

We are still on an earlier release of the product and have not yet been able to take advantage of the newer features and functionality.

Central Sales Assistant is filling a void with associate data that has been a pain point.

We have been able to solve an old request to update associate data using UKG as the source which has been an issue for several years.

PROS

I liked the fact that an integration with UKG had already been established and the TeamCentral leaders were able to guide us based on previous experience.

CONS

I did not like that we could not view transaction details or reprocess transactions that failed but these are on the roadmap for future updates.

Reason for choosing Central Sales Assistant

We were unable to develop the solution that we wanted with the standard UKG API nor with a custom solution.
