Very first ELMA project in Uzbekistan for the first super banking app

We use ELMA BPM as the main tool to control the processes of our super app Joyda. With the introduction of ELMA BPM, we realized the importance of having such a platform for complex integrated software solutions like our Joyda project. We receive more than 1000 loan applications every day from ELMA BPM. Each process consists of hundreds of steps, including data collection, scoring calculation, customer approval, delivery, identification, and contract creation. Handling these processes requires consistency and reliability from the system. Requests processing in Elma BPM provides growth to the business and confidence in face of possible scalability. Having Elma BPM allows the bank to refuse to purchase CRM system, since the "Golden record" of the client can be put right in the section "Clients".

Pros

In a very short time, together with vendors and consultants, we were able to introduce the first super app in the banking sector in Uzbekistan. The most important thing is that the launch and further development of the complex set of systems (it is no less than a set with the ELMA system as its foundation) took place during the period of home quarantine in April 2020. More than a dozen systems are involved in our projects, so it was important to have a modern BPM system that would allow simple integration of all these systems, considering our business processes. What we liked most about the ELMA system was the ability to manage processes without much involvement from the IT department. As a result, the bank's retail business employees could manage to organize and control processes themselves.

Cons

After the launch of the project the data that needed to be stored has increased along with an increase of the production capacity. We had to revise some elements in the entire structure to match the data traffic. But I think that this situation is fine with relation to the project growth. Moreover, the user interface could be more modern. The vendor promises that ELMA 4 will have more user-friendly interfaces. However, all of these are just suggestions, since ELMA BPM does its main task perfectly well, namely, it helps to automate and digitize business processes.

A scalable CRM that conforms to your needs

ELMA helped us achieve more than we wanted. We could not only manage leads, deals and sales conversion rate in the system, but we also solved problems traced to order processing. In the system we could organize work in the warehouse, document management, and delivery as end-to-end processes. Stay ambitious and provide your customers with excellent services with ELMA.

Pros

It wasn’t easy to to choose a CRM application — we had controversial ideas. On the one hand, we wanted the system to be simple and easy to understand. On the other hand, the system had to be easy to leverage, as our company was expanding at the time. With low-code technologies we could create a perfect system without the help of third-party developers.

Cons

ELMA CRM can organize deals inside a company, but it doesn’t provide for an integral ecosystem for end clients.

Get rid of routine tasks

The system minimizes the need for programming, therefore you can reduce expenses of your company by hiring less developers. Tasks can be fulfilled easily by any employee. I adore ELMA RPA for its simplicity, integrity and accessibility.

Pros

ELMA saves me a lot of time as I don’t need to think about repetitive tasks. The procedure of reporting is almost fully automated, and I don’t need to work with Excel sheets anymore. ELMA RPA makes working process fast and errorless.

Cons

The only problem is the lack of functionality, but it’s now being solved by developers. I believe that in the future there will be more necessary features.

HR processes without stress and headache

large amounts of data stored in a disordered manner or in google spreadsheets is the main problem. When you select candidates for a job position you need to hold several interviews, review test tasks and reach agreements. We used to proceeed all that via messengers. When 3 candidates applied at the same time a technical specialist or a project manager responsible for supervision would often get confused. Which test task were they looking through? Whose CV was that? When and where should they meet the next candidate? In short, it was an endless flow of information, and we were always afraid that we would make a mistake by employing a wrong person. We wanted to systemize and automate the whole process. What did we get? Clear statuses of work with each candidate. All tasks connected with interviews are completed in a timely manner. Details about candidates are stored in a single place and convenient format. We can view the history of our interactions even after 2-3 months.

Pros

ELMA 365 has a great number of different modules, which allows to carry out most processes of the company in one place, and creates a comfortable environment for colleagues. For example, we don`t need numerous CRM/BPM systems to get in touch with administrative personal from different departments.

Cons

During the implementation of the system we didn`t encounter any disadvantages that interfere with the working process. There are a few things that could be improved, but they are not critical. Moreover, we know that the development team works hard to improve the program constantly, and, as users, we are very happy about that.

Reasons for Choosing ELMA365

Are you tired of keeping all important information in your head? Does your company have hierarchic structure and more than 30 employees? From my experience, ELMA 365 is exactly what you must try, love and use daily. If you are still hesitating, just calculate how much time you waste on routine processes. You will understand how much your business loses. I`m glad that we have taken a step forward automation. I wish we have done it earlier.

Simple HR processes

A lot of unorganized data stored in spreadsheets used to be the biggest problem. We had to carry out many interviews. Pros

ELMA365 ensures an excellent digital workspace. Having different modules, it makes it possible to streamline the company’s processes in a single medium. With ELMA you won’t need several systems to contact your staff or your potential clients - you can combine BPM and CRM functionality in one system.

Cons

When implementing the system, we didn’t find any major flaws. Some things could be improved but they don’t interfere with the working process. Besides, we can see that the development team is working hard on the improvements, so we can’t complain.

Easy to start and enhance

ELMA365 helps speed up completion of many processes: document approval, claim processing, etc. Monitoring stages of work and actions of colleagues in the system is useful and beneficial. CRM functionality is what I like the most – it sets up the history of interactions with counterparties in a single place, and you don’t need to waste time on a long search. It’s a great system, but I would recommend to wait until it becomes more reliable.

Pros

A tool with a user-friendly and good looking interface. It perfectly solves numerous tasks: business process automation, document flow, CRM functionality. Working in the system is easy, and low-code technologies provide for completion of tasks of any complexity.

Cons

For the most part, the system works slowly. Updates of the system often result in different malfunctions that lead to problems in business workflows of clients. Sometimes, It’s difficult to find descriptions of some features in manuals. The mobile app is not the best – not all of the features are present there, or they are incomplete and different from the original ones.

Down with routine work

RPA allowed us to unite independent systems without hardcore programming. In other words, tasks can be completed easily, without involving developers.Definitely ELMA RPA! It’s simple, reliable, functional, accessible and affordable.

Pros

What I like the most about the system is that it saves me from routine work. I used to spend about 2 hours on downloading a particular report from SAP, making adjustments, and sending it via email. Now an RPA robot completes this task – it does it faster, without mistakes, and just on time.

Cons

I haven’t noticed significant weaknesses. Sometimes I feel that there is a lack of features, but they appear with new releases, so it’s not a problem.

A convenient BPM system

We have automated the business processes connected with sales (requests, quotations, contracts). Moreover, we have set up the automation of HR, IT and financial procedures. We digitized approval and control processes, and got rid of paper documents.

Pros

ELMA is a low-code platform that allows automating business processes of any complexity. The main advantage of the system is fast implementation speed. With ELMA you can generate ideas and implement them within some hours. In the end you can adapt to new business needs without losing your competitive advantage. The flexibility of the system allows you to adjust the software to your requirements, not the other way around. You will benefit from an implementation approach that doesn’t break the usual workflow but improves and streamlines it.

Cons

The system doesn’t cause any complications. However, I recommend to involve a partner at the first stage of implementation, as it will guarantee a fast and error-free implementation process. During the process you can learn from a partner or the vendor. I would say that there isn’t enough of process and module templates, but I know that the vendor is working on that issue.
