Currently we are using community jsPlumb edition, which covers basic features very well. But as the platform grows, we would need some extra features like zooming
CONSAs mentioned, with the platform growing the community edition isn't suffiecient anymore. But we ran into huge obstacle when we purchased and tried to replace the community with professional edition, because we would need to re-implement the current UI functionality. At begining we thought that the replacement process would be smooth, but the logic between professional and the community version that we are using currently differs so much. Currently we are stuck with community edition, making plans how to replace it in most efficient way

Great teams make great tools
The variety of building blocks and examples available made it very easy to build the GUI we had in mind. While the tool itself is of high quality, it is my experience with the JsPlumb support team that struck me the most: a short response time, technical expertise, a great human contact. It was perfect.
CONSNothing especially. We worked with version 5 of the toolkit and we implemented some features on top of JsPlumb. Those features came later, in version 6, directly offered by the toolkit. Bad luck for us, but no big deal.

we used it to build two totally customized modells so the flexibility of the tool was important.
PROSThe flexibility of the lib to support the project we used it it for and also quick help and support.
CONSAlthough everything is documented it wasn't always self describing how to use functions and features. But the new search functionality of the documenation helped alot.
