Couldn't Operate Without It

Working with the DealerRock team has been exceptional. They are highly responsive, take feedback into consideration and always address any issues we have. We haven't had many that weren't caused by our own mistakes - but they always take care of things quickly if something arises.

PROS

I absolutely love being able to manage our operations from anywhere. Having something cloud-based gives us incredible flexibility to operate on-the-go. They are constantly adding features and making the software better. The user-interface is years ahead of anything else we looked at.

CONS

Their lead management area gets the job done. But I would love if there were a few more advanced features to help cultivate leads built in to the system.

Reason for choosing DealerRock

DealerRock has a way better UI, it was significantly cheaper and was much easier to use. The onboard process was a breeze and took less than a day to get rolling.

Reasons for switching to DealerRock

We were looking for something more modern and that was cloud-based. I didn't want to mess with installing updates on machines and we had to be able to operate multiple without trying to sync data out.

Fantastic DMS

This software has been a life saver for us. Our entire team is able to be more fluid and work more efficiently. This is not a cookie cutter type DMS and is designed around marine use. I would recommend this to any one looking to grow their dealership and improve productivity.

PROS

DealerRock has been instrumental in helping our sales team grow. We are able to provide timely, accurate quotes for boats, check inventory on the fly and work from anywhere. This has been extremely important over the last couple years as demand soared. DealerRock has helped us maintain better margins and exceed sales goals.

CONS

Overall, I am very happy with the software. The developers have been accessible and receptive when small issues come up.
