Efficient and Easy software system
We have been using DockWorks for a few months on a daily basis and overall we couldn't be more happy with it. The customer service is top notch and if you have any questions they are always ready and willing to help.
PROSThe simplicity, the organization, the texting for invoices and the fact that this company is willing to not only listen to their clients but also wanting to make changes to make this system the best!
CONSThere were a few hiccups in the beginning but after speaking with our customer service rep, everything was taken care of.
Reason for choosing DockWorks
DockWorks was just a better fit for our business of watercraft repair shop. The customer service, price and ease of use were exactly what we needed.

So far Great, [SENSITIVE CONTENT] has been a pleasure to work with through the training process. She has taken notes and assured me that the dev teams are working on some of my identified concerns.
PROSEase of use. Functionality, and capabilities are all pluses I have Ben using it for less than a month but am satisfied so far.
CONSSome limitations on billing third parties ie. Warranty work for a company. The dev team is working on it. I have not used the platform enough to have any thing else
