PROS

[sensitive content hidden] was not only extremely responsive, but an absolute pleasure to work with! She made the onboarding process onto this project a joy. I will truly miss working with her!

CONS

Vendors are easily replaceable. Partners are not.

The Florida Bar has been partnered with InReach CE for approximately 20 years. We have worked together to grow the online and downloadable CLE space across The Florida Bar and other bar associations.

PROS

The ease of use and intuitiveness of the software for the 100,000 plus members of The Florida Bar in satisfying their continuing legal education requirement.

CONS

I cannot think of anything I like least. When we have recommended enhancements or changes to the platform we communicate them to the InReach team, and they almost always get them scheduled in future release updates.

Tool for Small Aviation Compliance Businesses

Generally very positive. The team has always been helpful and the technology makes us seem like a very professional training organization.

PROS

How much of the process is managed on the InReach side. Sales, payment, etc. is all "happening while we sleep" and we can focus on creating and producing training content. The customer service has always been very good and I feel like the team partners with me to figure out questions rather than just giving me standard answers and moving on.

CONS

I really don't have the time to invest in being as knowledgeable about the system and its functions and I would like to be. Even in filling out my review, there were some areas I realized I wasn't sure if I was using or not (or didn't know where a possibility). So I'll take responsibility but say that it can be hard to understand all the features that are available and I should be considering.

InReach survey

The overall experience has been good. The turnover in staffing has been challenging.

PROS

From an admin side, I find it easy to use. I can also find up to date information.

CONS

Our clients when calling in for help, I have received several complaints that the service has not been acceptable. When they leave emails and phone messages for support, I am told that they never hear back from anyone.
