BEST Press Release option for getting noticed!
I have used Accesswire for over 3 years now and I can honestly say it is not only easy and quick to publish but the customer support is always available and has always been able to fix any issues I had when I was 1st learning the system. As a content creator and marketing professional I use Accesswire monthly to help promote my client's global new releases, local announcements and so much more at a GREAT price!
PROSUsing Accesswire's dashboard to set up my content for publishing is fast and easy. There is no guesswork and every step of the way is available to be confirmed before moving to the next step. I especially LOVE that I can save my draft to review before publishing and if I have any questions their customer service is always available.
CONSThere is one problem I have when loading images. I am not able to see them in my draft but when I send them to be published they always look great. Support is also available to help if needed but I have become familiar with the way the program works and find it easy to adapt to after the 1st couple of posts.
Reasons for switching to ACCESSWIRE
Cision makes you buy bundles, their pricing is high and their customer service took multiple days to get back to me. The publishing timeline was fast IF you did not need help but the system is not easy to use when you get started.

The support is phenominal
If you want to do press releases with the best customer support, it's Accesswire by a long shot.
PROS[sensitive content hidden]. Easily he's the reason I like using Accesswire. He has helped me with the right products, at the right prices.
CONSThe tool doesn't have the best UI, but it does the job well

Failed to deliver properly and no customer support
Avoid, they don't care about their customers.
PROSIt's easy to use and it has a sort of DYI platform where you can copy/paste your Press Release and quickly choose the type of package to buy.
CONSWe bought a package that included GUARANTEED distribution on Yahoo Finance, ABC, CBS, NBC, Fox and we only got distribution on unknown websites. After asking several times to fix this and after that our team spent time chatting/speaking with 3 people, after 3 days (3 days in the news industry is a lot) we have still never received an answer, nor a fix nor a refund. 2/10 service.

First Experience With Accesswire a Good One!
I found Accesswire to be a great alternative to more expensive international wire services and I think their targeting features are superior to the competition
PROSI was looking for a more cost-effective alternative to Businesswire for international wire distributions and found it with Accesswire. Customer service was excellent and the results were outstanding.
CONSI think the reporting features on release pick-up could use improvement and instructions on translations could be clearer

Price and service were superior to Businesswire, IMO
