Interactant is a cloud-based, integrated solution consisting of clinical and financial modules. It caters primarily to long-term care, long-term acute care, behavioral health and rehabilitation providers. The solution consists of five key modules: Revenue Cycle, Financial, EMR, Mobile and Insight. The Revenue Cycle module manages processes from billing to reimbursements, with provisions for scheduling, contract management, referral management and trust accounting. Ability to upload screen shots of issues. Log on / check status of issue . I receive an email that my request has been submitted, when it has been viewed & a solution has been proposed.

CONS

Can't think of anything major. On some of the reports, the font size could be larger.

Overall a good EMR from my point, every product has its problems/glitches.

PROS

Easy to use, and a good EMR from the finance side.

CONS

I wish the speed was faster, and I could bill it when its rebilled-in real time- not the next day.

Ease of placing orders eMAR is easy to navigate Easy to customize Screens are easy to view Tool tips are very helpful

CONS

Reporting- reports should be easier to generate, the process is very cumbersome. Print Medical Record... takes too long to populate.

Being able to re-open journal entries instead of having to do an adjusting entry.
