I've used other tools and this is the one I like the most by far. I love their multi calendar feature and that they support multi unit setup. The other dynamic pricing tools out there, do not support this. Also, their support is TOP NOTCH, can't say enough good things about them. They are super responsive, attentive, helpful, insightful, etc etc Cons: Maybe the UI, even though it was improved recently, I think it lacks behind other players. They change pricing by current demand. We are able to select similar listings to be our comparable base. Cons: It is too complicated. The graphs try to present too much information on the same graph. The first time our regular 'our-price' $295 a night property got a 3 day PriceLabs-set $895 a night booking, we fell over in shock. Then we realised we knew nothing about our true market pricing (really, how could we?) and that this easy to use tool had the \*real\* market data that catapulted our turnover 3-4x, and our occupancy above 90% every month. Astounding app and worth it's price many times over. Cons: It was the speed at which it returned large area property prices, but even that has been markedly improved in 2025 and is no longer an issue.
