User friendly with a large knowledge base and exceptional customer support. AirSlate is able to do everything we need, and so much more that we've decided to pay the subscription to automate many of our business and client processes
PROSOnce you learn the basics it easy to create documents and workflows without any IT background or skills. Superior customer support and they have answered every question in minutes. Support staff is knowledgeable and is willing to go the extra mile to ensure you get the most out of AirSlate, even during the free trial period.
CONSThere is a slight learning curve, but AirSlate has a plethora of documentation and video tutorials and if needed, support is there to guide you through the process step-by-step to ensure AirSlate does what you want it to do.

During the free trial AirSlate gives you access to all the features with full customer support that ensures you get the most out of the platform. It's easy to use even if you have zero experience with creating workflows and although there is a slight learning curve, it's intuitive UI and exceptional customer support make it much easier to learn to use the full potential of the platform. We were initially only interested in automating client intake, but have expanded the use of AirSlate to automate various business management and processes.

The Worst E-Signature Software I Have Used
AirSlate did not solve my sole problem of sending documents for e-signature.
PROSIt is somewhat cheaper than DocuSign. I decided to cheap out and get airSlate and that was a mistake.
CONSThe e-signature functionality is incredibly unintuitive. As a millennial lawyer, I have an above-average understanding of technology. I could not and still cannot ascertain how a user is supposed to send something for e-signature in a non-convoluted, few step process. I checked the hundreds of support articles and "how to"s and there is not one guide on sending an already-completed document for signature. This is by far the most confusing and non-user friendly program I have used. That includes Microsoft Excel.
Reason for choosing airSlate
I mistakenly chose airSlate because it was cheaper than DocuSign. I have cancelled airSlate, forfeited the year I paid for, and have purchased a subscription with DocuSign.

Save Time and Money
An excellent product and I could adapt it to what we need.
PROSI found that the process and procedures are streamlined so that everyone who needs to know is emailed, or copied on the results.
CONSAt first, it was difficult to understand the BOTS and try to repeat what I did. The more complicated the form, the different conditions had to be set up. With the updated version, I like the favorites BOTS I go to all the time, and the Workflow separation helps me understand where things should go.
