Easy and accessible automation for manual processes

PROS

Low barrier of entry for average non-technical business user. Very robust library of system integrations, especially for commonly used services. Level of support to help business users be successful.

CONS

Slower rate of integration with some specific enterprise software systems, especially those with custom set-ups.

Powerful Software

The overall experience is positive. There is still so much untapped potential for us to dive into with this software and we're excited to continue to build it.

PROS

The powerful ML features have a high potential for use cases. The ability to easily mix manual and automated processes is fantastic. Just the library of modules to implement is great.

CONS

Some of the more advanced features are clunkier to use than I'd like. Some integrations that work with JSON are easier to work with some softwares that are much cheaper than catalytic.

Anyone can learn

My overall experience has been a positive one. Staff at Catalytic are extremely helpful at helping you create your process vision.

PROS

I appreciate the ease of use of this software. You do not have to be a programmer to learn how to create automations with this software.

CONS

Ability to view and customize reminder notices would be very helpful for my process for escalation purposes.
