An amazing product that improves overall operational efficiency and productivity.

PROS

I love the fact that how easily it eliminate manual data entry, speed up data processing and end-to-end process automation.

CONS

There is no particular thing that I did not like about this software. The only factor is that they should focus more on providing an intuitive platform.

Kanverse Touchless AP Process Automation

We were very happy with the Kanverse product in that it allowed us to have a completely touchless AP process with our vendors with the largest invoicing volume.

PROS

The software is the realization of a dream to have truly touchless AP process automation for a company that pays thousands of invoices per month as part of our business model. We receive hundreds of invoices per month from the same vendors that need to be allocated to different projects and the Kanverse software does that for us automatically for our 20+ largest vendors that make up almost 80% of our volume.

CONS

The software is easy to use, however the implementation took longer than we anticipated because we ran into business process issues mostly with vendors issuing inconsistent invoices and figuring out how to process them. The Kanverse team worked with us to figure this out

Reason for choosing Kanverse Intelligent Document Processing

We chose Kanverse because we liked the UI of the product and their knowledge and integration with Oracle Fusion.

Best product that automatically captures documents and detect anomalies.

The out of box capabilities helped us to handle complex documents with great accuracy and reduce data processing costs at our company. As we expanded to larger space industry verticals this software easily managed all types of documents and gave precised insights.

PROS

I like the ORC technology maturity in this product and it automatically captures structured, semistructured, and unstructured data from various types of documents in our organization including word files, emails, PDFS, and other scanned documents. Also, its ORC technology recognizes the character and symbols from various documents which helped us to interpret the relevant data required.

CONS

The only thing is that I am expecting extraction of data from handwritten documents which I feel can add more value to us. Also, enhanced reporting features can help us to get a better understanding of the data.
