In all my IT career, this is one of the best and most efficient tool which actually gives you the chance to create really impressive solutions to IT processes.

PROS

Once you get used to its logic, its very easy to create the most complex automation flows. It has built-in integrations to almost every 3rd party software or technology.You can automate every process which your IT employees manually do and reduce the time or man/hour costs greatly...

CONS

There arent much source online to get help when youre stuck. Just MF online forums or documentation pages. Also MF Level 1 support is very bad if you open a service ticket.
