Who it suits: the people who answer for what happens on site. That is the safety or WHS manager who has to show a regulator or board that every contractor was checked, the facilities or property manager booking trades for Monday morning, the procurement or contracts manager approving new suppliers, and the operations manager who needs to know who is on site and whether they are allowed to be. It is built for organisations in Australia and New Zealand, including property and facilities management, transport and logistics, manufacturing, and other employers who put workers onto sites. What it replaces: spreadsheets, email chains, and a separate tool for each step. Everything from prequalification to incident reporting sits on one record, so the contractor a client approves is linked to the workers signing in at the gate, and the evidence is already on screen when an auditor, a regulator, or a board asks. How it works day to day: the client sets its own requirements, workflows, and approvals, so ComplyFlow follows the way t... he organisation already works. Reminders and expiry tracking run automatically, so nobody spends the week chasing certificates. Where AI helps: AI reads the paperwork nobody has time to read line by line. It grades documents, prequalification responses, and safe work method statements against the client's own criteria in seconds, and records the reasons. AI can also draft inspection checklists and inductions from material the organisation already holds, and answer questions from the live record through ChatGPT, Claude, and Copilot, read-only if the client wants it to be. We now use ComplyFlow to manage and track our documents for each student that we are consulting with (passports, cvs, application forms and more). I like that we can put the required documents up on a dashboard for each user so that they know exactly what to upload. #### Cons I would love to be able to customise the platform, and toggle off the the options that we aren't using. I think this is available on a different plan though. #### Reasons for switching to ComplyFlow It was easier to manage and track requirements for each user we were working with. The AI checks documents upfront, so by the time something hits my queue there's almost nothing manual to do. Live site access also works well (for sign in at site) — I can see who's on which yard in real time, and the visitor sign-in app has tidied up our front-of-house process.
