Great tool for sales
Great. Would highly recommend the tool, with the caveat that it'll take effort to set up and use.
PROSLove the core functionality. It's a fantastic way to share resources and additional information, then see who is engaging with it.
CONSSet up could be better, but it's a newer tool, and they've been very receptive to feedback.

Portals for prospects
I like the ease of set up of a new portal and the ability to add and delete content and participants.
CONSA bit clunky to use, I sometimes struggle with getting the portal how I want it, and ensuring everybody is invited. Drag and drop would be way easier.

Great Start, But needs work
The team from Omedym is great. True professionals. The challenge is I don't think they have actual sales reps on their team that have ever had to use a tool like this. Possibly former field sales reps from other companies, but not sales reps that currently use the product to engage a customer.
PROSProvides a single repository for all your customer facing collateral. Having one shared space so prospective customers don't have to download large files. Analytics appear very accurate and helpful.
CONSThe name alone is hard to say when having conversations just to start. There needs to be a better space to describe what the viewer is seeing. A chat function or some sort of space where comments can be left for each file that's uploaded would be nice, thus, notifying the user that a customer just left a comment. There's also some challenges with file cover photo being cropped oddly so the viewer can't really see the title of the collateral in the jpeg. Would like to be able to crop and select the image to be seen. There's also a challenge that doesn't make sense to me as a user; templates. The templates are designed to give the person creating the shared space a general format based on what someone else in the org thinks the prospective customer should see. The "TEMPLATE" is fine, but it's very rigid and it's difficult to move access files in the repository if you're customer doesn't fit the template. Also, the oddest issue is that when you create your shared space, you initially share the content you want to shar with your customer. However, the customer can has access to the entire repository of collateral. I only want my customer to see what I want them to see. I don't need them digging around in every file we have available. I want to be able to use additional resources as touchpoints to draw the customer back into the site. Would also like to understand if they have scrolling tokens implanted into the files we share with the customer.
