Game changer!

We started out creating bespoke proposals/statements of work for every deal and had a 300+ line questionnaire sales had to complete to get pricing and a proposal generated, which was all manual. Our average turnaround time for a proposal was 3 weeks. We created standard packages alongside finding WorkRails to help us turn our packages into an automated, guided selling tool for sales to generate their own proposals. We implemented a workflow within Salesforce so sales doesn't even know they are using different software, the experience is seamless. Once an opportunity is created, sales uses a workflow to pull up a product catalog of all of our professional services. They answer a few questions for each product, then add it to their shopping cart. When they check out, the proposal is automatically generated for review. The WorkRails team has been a true partner with us in this journey. They understand our products and services and are always thinking outside the box for ways to make proposal generation even easier for us. They are extremely responsive to any and all requests and take extreme ownership to ensure we are achieving the right outcomes.

PROS

WorkRails provides a guided selling process to take the guesswork out of proposal generation. It puts the power in the hands of our sales team to quickly create a proposal that meets all the prospect's needs and cuts down on manual effort from the professional services team to gather information and generate proposals. It used to take weeks to generate a proposal and it's now done in minutes.

CONS

The WorkRails team has done some customization to meet our unique needs, which makes updates a little more complex than we originally anticipated. However, the WorkRails team is ALWAYS there to help and has created a runbook for us that guides us through the basics of the system and allows us to do most of the updates ourselves.

Reason for choosing WorkRails

No one is doing what WorkRails is doing. None of the other vendors we looked at were even close to what we could get with WorkRails. WorkRails has been a game changer for us.
