Easy and quick to set up monitoring The information is detailed and the reports have helped with monthly usage meetings

As a product possibly being able to integrate to our service desk would be good

Great overall experience with PA File Sight - my client is able to monitor which files are being deleted and by whom.

The ability to customize it - I implemented a customized report for a client who wanted to know which files on the server were being deleted on a weekly basis.

Not really a con - the software complex and very powerful - I needed the assistance of support to set up the report.

File Sight really honors it's product name. Gives us confidence we can be sure when data is being accessed, when and how.

toke a few minutes more and separate reading to figure out how to setup the endpoint client. (just because the monitor is that easy to setup)
