Pricing is package-based with packages ranging from automated credential monitoring with 2 users to enterprise packaging that includes tailored threat intelligence and collaboration features. Each package includes a generous monitoring capacity for an extensive set of use cases and unlimited historical database searches (where included). API integration can be added if this is not included in the base package and customers can add ongoing or project-based analyst services as needed. Subscriptions are billed annually in advance.

Great set of services, responsive team

Dealing with skurio is very easy, there is a clear focus on customer satisfaction and customer success. The solution has enabled us to broaden our toolset, deliver advanced digital risk services and peace of mind.

PROS

Onboarding with skurio was simple and the skurio team spent time with us to ensure we could hit the ground running. It has now become a critical tool in our security provisioning and provides peace of mind that our digital risk is being monitored so we can act upon potential issues quickly and efficiently. The Skurio team are constantly in touch and are easily available to discuss any technical or account related query.

CONS

The UI is clean, however navigating it can take some getting used to. The alerts and monitoring configuration need a good understanding to get the most out of the package and there are limitations based on your package that can be reached quickly if you don't configure it properly. However, Skurio are always happy to help you re-work things and offer assistance and advice when needed so you get the most out of it.
