Quickmetrix social listening tool
Overall, I would strongly recommend Quickmetrix to anyone searching for a high-quality social listening tool. It is a good alternative for organizations of all sizes due to its tremendous features, user-friendly interface, and excellent customer support.
PROSThe reports are also very customisable, which allows me to personalize the data to my unique requirements and their customer service is exceptional
CONSThis tool has a plethora of useful functions. They must effectively market this product.

Service features
QuickMetrix helps us to reduce time spending for searching brand's mention on social media and online channel by notifying us real time via e-mail then we can response to customer just in time through QuickMetrix in place. This is also able to prevent crisis and complain because we can take the action right away we have received negative comments. There are more report formats that available for us to analyze customer and also track social media administrative performance. I appreciate the CS team for always supporting.
CONSSome sort of its feature is only available for crawling and alerts in new topics/subjects that include the relevant keywords in public blogs. However, it would be more beneficial to incorporate crawling in the comments section as well.
