Great video marketing platform
I like it a lot! We use it quite often and it solved many problems. It's a great publishing, tracking and analytics tool.
PROSI like how easy it is to upload, edit and publish to all social media channels and tracking all the videos and if I have any questions the customer success team always helps with solutions and answers.
CONSIt takes some time to learn the platform, but customer success team is great there and always helpful!

Forget Youtube, Vimeo or any other video platform.
One of my favorite features is the Video Hub (Created by TwenthyThree). Another feature I really like is the possibility to add an action to your video’s. We already use this feature a lot, and intend to implement to more videos to come. Video Interaction is hot in 2019. Interactive video offers a new world of opportunities. With Actions, I can make any video interactive and further drive the engagement of our audience. TwentyThree Webinars is a great addition to the platform. At Foleon we give 4-5 webinars a month so it was a no-brainer for us to start using it! It is incredibly easy to set-up the webinars. My favorite feature is the video playback panel which allows us to play pre-recorded videos during our webinar. Something that also really gets me excited is the use of gear mode within the webinar room, being able to add custom intros, outro’s, transitions and lower thirds in OBS is the dream of every video content creator. We are living in a time where you can’t ignore video any more. Forget Youtube, Vimeo or any other video platform. TwentyThree is the way for all companies to reach the next level when it comes to video marketing.
CONSIt can take a while to fully integrate the platform to your liking.

Great webinar tool with some integration issues
Modern system which can really help with streamlining webinars and automising some keynfunctions.
CONSIntegration between 23 and HubSpot doesn’t work well at all, contacts that signed up get lost in the process. Customer help is trying their best, but it took close to 2 months to get a response

If You Haven't Tried TwentyThree, You Aren't Capturing Your Full Video Potential
I have been using TwentyThree for a few months now, but following the company for longer. You truly don't full grasp how important it is to have video data of this quality until you actually have it. As we start to increase our use of video, with TwentyThree I am able to constantly analyze what is working and what isn't. I can start to better understand audience engagement with my content. And even with the use of the collector tool I can capture people when they are most invested and create the ability for them to reach out and get more information. If you want to take your video marketing to the next level, you need to look into TwentyThree!
PROSWith TwentyThree, it's possible to see video data on a whole other level. You can see exactly where people stopped watching, where people repeated certain parts of a clip, etc. I can the embed my video anywhere and have access to audience insights that I can use to grow my video marketing capabilities. It's an incredible platform that has provided users with so much more power than ever before. And not only is their platform helpful to my daily video marketing, but they are leaders in the video marketing realm and constantly provide us with tips (sometimes via Webinar, another super cool function) for how to improve and grow!
CONSThe ability to go in and out of sharing your screen during a webinar is a bit difficult, but it's something that can easily be solved by asking the TwentyThree team for help.

Top-class customer care
We wanted to convert a high number of video views into actual leads. We are on the road to achieving this, but takes time, as with any new software. While some things can be tricky to find and take time to set up, I have been move than happy with 23's customer care team and its responsiveness. They alleviate frustration quickly. In our negotiations, 23 were helpful and did their best to help tailor a solution that fitted our business, meaning that we more easily could get the investment to pay off and make sense.
PROS- Collects video data across platforms for easy reporting - Customizable players on our website - Customizable video hub - Integration with other software such as MailChimp - Call-to-actions in owned players - Top-class customer support
CONS- Can be tricky to find your way around in the beginning - Time-consuming to set up
