Overall Keyword Insights is now an essential tool in my stack. It processes data fast, the results are logical & reliable and the [SENSITIVE CONTENT] are great & always welcoming of feedback. Speaking of the [SENSITIVE CONTENT], they both work in SEO (and actually do good SEO work) so they have hands on, real-life experience to add to the tools. It makes a big difference as a user when the tool is made by a team who understands the use cases of the software. One of the best features is the NLP algorithm to cluster keywords. The output is based on real data (+ possibly a bit of magic) so the keyword groupings are a lot better than other tools/methods. It's simple to use, data is processed fast and the outputs you get are easy to work with. I've tried a couple different tools (including some terrible DIY attempts) and Keyword Insights is the best clustering tool on the market in my opinion.

Keyword Insights is one of those rare beasts in the SEO tool space: it does what it claims to do and it does it REALLY well. You import your bloated keyword list and the tool refines it into an actionable keyword research document, based on data (not guesswork) That's what I like most about Keyword Insights: it just works really well, every time.

The thing I like least about the software is that you end up wanting to use it more because it's so effective. But seriously, I've used it most weeks for just under a year now and I'm struggling to think of any downsides.

The tool helps me to easily group large amounts of keywords thematically and match them with Google rankings to plan SEO actions and website relaunches.

Unfortunately, the tool often takes much longer than estimated. Even small analyses that should only take a minute sometimes drag on for a quarter of an hour or longer.
