Pros

All applications have their issues, but kintone really sets itself a part from like applications with their exceptional support!

Cons

They lack documentation and useful manual reference guides, but they are very helpful when dialing in to fix any issue we encounter.

kintone's versatility and queue based workflow solution helps make setup and configuration of routing rules easy.

Cons

Eform logic is limited without development scripting. Would be better if the point and click functionality was more advanced.
