We charge only on one metric, the Processing Time (with the base of 1h of Processing Time). Everything else is unlimited (users, processes, actions, etc). We decided to charge per time and not per task because it is a more accurate and transparent way of measuring the value we provide. - We understand that it’s not common practice for automation software to charge credits this way, and most of them have a “per task” charging approach – but it makes more sense and it is directly correlated with the value that PROCESIO brings. - - think at our “Actions” like the “Tasks” in technologies like Zapier, Make, etc. - To help you better understand how we calculate processing time and what you can do with 1h of processing time/month, we prepared this list: - - The average Processing Time for an Action in PROCESIO is -> 100 ms this is calculated based on all our Platform Actions and the usage metrics from our users. - - So, with 1h of Processing Time, you can: execute an average of 36.000 Actions - - - this is approximately similar to having 36.000 Tasks in other tools.

Solid tool that is evolving forward by the day
My experience with Procesio has been very good. The tool is not that complicate to use and has great documentation making it relatively easy to use.
PROSProcesio is a very good integration (IPAAS) tool with excellent documentation and ever evolving capabilities. Not just a Zap replacement but also a document management tool.
CONSThere are a few JSON payload issues but that is coming soon and will make the tool a competition killer

Powerful tool
The support team is great. The product is stable. Using it with every chance I have and it didn't disappoint so far.
PROSFor me, the main reason I'm using Procesio is that I automate business processes. This way, my team and I have fewer lower end tasks and we can focus on what's important. Their "for" loops and paralel decision tree is a life saver. Connect it with any tool on the market.
CONSThe only thing that I don't like is that for the moment, they only have connection to Microsoft SQL servers (MSSQL). All my infrastructure is on MYSQL.

PROCESIO - Low Code, No Code, Full Code Automation
As someone who is always looking for ways to optimize my workflow and become more efficiency, I found Procesio to be quite a powerful tool. With its ability to automate workflows and reduce manual work, I hope to use it to optimize many business tasks once I master using it.
PROSProcesio enables people to automate workflows, replacing manual work to increasing efficiency.I found the platform a bit overwhelming and complicated but I was able to create some automations and integrate different tools in the limited time I have used the software.There is a ton of features, integrations, and settings that make it look like you could do some amazing stuff with the software once you master it.They only charge for time you actually have automations running.
CONSLike I said, its pretty complex software so some of the advanced features may require a level of technical expertise to take advantage of.The pricing for the full platform may be expensive for smaller businesses with limited budgetsWhile the user interface is usable pretty quickley, some users (like myself) may find it complex to use at first.

Nice technology
It’s been positive. I feel there’s a lot of potential for Procesio.

CONSFreshly released product so the documentation is lacking.

Full-service automation
I am confident that the Procesio will have a successful future. The team has chosen the right priorities, and the automation is so flexible that you can build full-fledged SaaS based on it.
PROSIt is a company with a history and a strong community.
CONSYou have to learn how to work with the tool. It's good that there is good documentation.
Reasons for switching to PROCESIO
I had my VPS with n8n, but now I don't need it.
