I titled this review WE FOUND A PARTNER and we certainly have. All of the Statement-Matching team members have become extensions of our efforts to best serve our organization by capturing data and using it for added value to our company. This team is my team too.

Statement-Matching gives us a tangible and orderly way to reconcile our statements to our ERP without having to manually search and notate the status of invoices. We use this tool daily to manage our expected and unexpected spend and to quickly seek financial resources that should be back in treasury put to use for our company.

We still struggle with data mismatches at time, but that is on our side with manual uploading of data. We're hoping future improvements will allow for API calls that provide accurate data in a quicker manner.

This vendor statement reconciliation tool has been an awesome addition to our AP tool belt. Our team members are able to review statements in their entirety each month instead of just looking at past due items. This has allowed us to stay on top of missed invoices, request copies timely, capture cash discount that may have been lost, and keep our vendor accounts current.
