PROS

Integrates all the data needed in the system and get a comprehensive report for the month or year end.

CONS

I think all the features are covered in the system and future changes depend on the tax laws within a country and nature of the business.

I liked the program, but it wasn’t a favorite.

I don’t use Easy Accounts anymore because of the limitations and dislikes I provided above. We switched to Quickbooks and although more expensive, it is a lot better for what we are needing.

PROS

Easy Accounts was just that...EASY. It was easy to create, even for someone with little experience in that area. It was easy to maintain and easy to enter information.m and to assign accounts.

CONS

The language/wording was off compared to what bookkeepers know. I had an issue with setting up a depreciation account for Assets and asked a CPA how to properly complete this. Between us, we had to guess what account it would be and keep trying until the math worked properly. It wasn’t the normal verbiage which made it difficult. We also didn’t like the Reports option. It wasn’t customizable so it would be missing information that we needed to run. This made it difficult and time consuming when we needed a specific report.
